I korthet

We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Relations Co-worker for our Checkouts team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on optimizing customer relationships to drive sales growth and ensure a positive shopping experience. The position is for 24 hours per week on a fixed-term contract basis.

Ansvarsområden

  • Optimize customer relationships to drive sales growth and sustained long-term profitability.
  • Ensure knowledge of IKEA product range and services, offering alternative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Understand the importance of accurate stock inventory and personal impact on it.
  • Utilize the IKEA Concept, global solutions, tools, and working methods.
  • Contribute to the department’s action plan and take ownership for delivery.
  • Listen to customer feedback and pass it on to management.
  • Work with managers to identify solutions to customer issues.
  • Support departmental goals and targets to ensure effective action plan execution.
  • Understand the store action plan and how the Customer Relations action plan supports it.
  • Know daily and weekly service targets to improve service delivery.
  • Understand the impact of actions on financial results and balance this with customer needs.
  • Follow cash handling procedures to ensure the security of all monies received.
