Ansvarsområden

  • Greet customers at the main entrance.
  • Work on checkouts and returns desk to support customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints using knowledge, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Handle returned products accurately and escalate issues.
  • Assist customers with product assembly and order/exchange spare parts.

Krav

  • Take initiative and juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Value teamwork and complete assignments without direct supervision.
  • Have a customer-first mindset, making customers feel valued and supported.
  • Be computer literate and willing to work with technology.
  • Maintain composure and patience when dealing with various customers and complex complaints.
