IKEA Exeter is seeking a Part-Time, Permanent Customer Relations Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing after-sales support, resolving customer complaints, and handling product returns with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ansvarsområden

  • Resolve customer complaints, dealing positively and quickly with any issues raised.
  • Ensure accurate handling of all returned products, highlighting and escalating any product issues immediately.
  • Support customers experiencing difficulties in product assembly and order/exchange spare parts.
  • Provide after sales support to in-store guests.

Krav

  • Take initiative, juggle several responsibilities, and value teamwork while being able to complete assignments without direct supervision.
  • Have a customer-first mindset, making the customer feel valued and supported.
  • Be computer literate and able to work with technology.
  • Possess the confidence to maintain composure and patience when dealing with a variety of customers and complex complaints.
