Alfa Laval is seeking a Customer Order Manager in Pune to manage the order process from review to invoice, ensuring superior customer experience during order execution. This role requires strong communication, project management, and ERP skills, with 8-10 years of experience in order handling within the manufacturing sector.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage the order process for project and complex sales, from order review to invoice.
  • Prepare and execute timely invoicing plan.
  • Provide customer support regarding order status, delivery date, and logistics information.
  • Coordinate and follow up with operations teams for timely execution and delivery.
  • Manage order acknowledgments and backlog reviews.
  • Support customers with basic technical questions.
  • Control purchase order execution and prepare supplier shipping documents.
  • Handle customs documentation and logistics for tax payments.
  • Create and send export documents for nationalization processes.
  • Inform clients of proof of delivery.
  • Maintain traceability information of the order lifecycle.

Krav

  • Knowledge of Purchase order / Contract’s commercial terms and conditions.
  • Basic import and export knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Project Management experience.
  • ERP Knowledge.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Networking skills.
  • 8 - 10 years of overall functional experience in order handling.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector (capital goods preferred).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Graduate Engineer (Any stream),/ Commerce graduate from reputed institute.
