Ansvarsområden
- Oversee day-to-day operations including opening and/or closing duties.
- Troubleshoot and apply appropriate corrective actions such as emergency and incident response.
- Enhance the shopping journey of visitors by collaborating with all functions.
- Ensure customers receive consistent information throughout their shopping journey.
- Record information in relevant systems to improve customer's future shopping experience.
- Enhance customer relationships to boost sales and ensure sustained profitability.
- Offer alternative solutions that meet the needs of individual customers.
- Forge a team mindset centered around first time right for every customer.
- Take part in additional department responsibilities to secure the daily operation.
- Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality.
Krav
- 3 years of related experience.
- 1 year of experience in a customer service and customer-focused environment.
- Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (1-50lbs).
