Atlas Copco is seeking a Customer Care Specialist in Shanghai to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, export documentation, and supply chain coordination for marine and export operations. This role involves analyzing performance, driving digital transformation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.

Ansvarsområden

Manage complete order fulfillment process from entry to delivery.
Monitor order status and proactively identify risks.
Ensure order accuracy, delivery commitment, and customer satisfaction.
Manage order changes, cancellations, and delivery adjustments.
Handle export shipments and required documentation.
Coordinate export licenses, customs documentation, and bonded zone procedures.
Ensure compliance with trade regulations.
Coordinate with logistics providers and customs brokers.
Coordinate daily with PCs, flow teams, planners, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Support demand planning and delivery scheduling.
Identify process improvement opportunities and operational excellence initiatives.
Drive workflow standardization and automation projects.
Support implementation of business systems like GEMS and TRAC.
Analyze order fulfillment performance and operational KPIs.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
3-5 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, supply chain operations, export logistics, or international trade operations.
Proven track record in the field.
Experience in marine business, project delivery, or export-oriented manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of international trade and export operations.
Knowledge of customs procedures, bonded zone operations, and logistics coordination.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capability.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple critical priorities simultaneously.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in marine business, project delivery, or export-oriented manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
SAP experience preferred.
