Alfa Laval seeks a Credit Controller in Pune, India, to manage credit control, risk management, and accounts receivable. The role requires expertise in credit analysis, collections, and formulating/executing credit policy to foster strong customer relationships. This position involves monitoring credit policies, understanding LCs and Bank Guarantees, and performing account reconciliations.

Ansvarsområden

Manage efficient credit control and risk management for ALIPL.
Perform Credit Analysis, collections, and commercial management.
Formulate and execute credit policy to build strong business relationships.
Monitor the credit policy of the organisation.
Conduct account reconciliation with customers.
Draft letters and track follow-ups with customers effectively.

Krav

Strong understanding of the Credit Management and Control function.
Strong understanding of Accounting / Reporting and MIS.
Sound track record of AR Management.
Very good analytical mind to understand issues and devise strategies.
Good understanding of the KPIs in receivables management and risk mitigating tools.
Very good knowledge of LCs, Bank Guarantees.
Sound knowledge of accounting.
Knowledge of Commercial contracts, Payment terms, Debt collection, Credit Policy.
Knowledge of Commercial Laws.
Strong understanding of MS Office.
Knowledge of ERP system and extracting reports.

Önskade kvalifikationer

MBA Finance / CA inter or equivalent.
5-10 years of experience in accounting, handling the Credit Control / AR Management function.
Problem Resolution Skills.
Planning and Organizing.
Excellent communication skills.
Out of the box thinking and ready to challenge the existing process.
Ability to work with different work groups internally and externally.
Strong Analytical Skills.
Strong team player.
Solution Provider.
Dedication to excellent customer service.
Knowledge of Negotiable Instrument act and Indian Contract Act would be an advantage.
