AP Disbursement and Expense Analyst

I korthet

This role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of vendor payments, managing employee expense claims, and performing bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, with a maximum of 1-2 years of relevant experience. This is a temporary contract position for one year with a hybrid work model in Debrecen.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments in weekly payment cycles.
Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Manage employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement in compliance with company policies.
Manage corporate credit card program and conduct regular reconciliations of transactions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment and processing issues.
Support Month-End Close activities, including bank account reconciliations.
Provide guidance and training to internal teams on expense management policies and procedures.
Deliver services in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet or exceed performance KPIs.
Partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial services while maintaining strong compliance, control, and operational excellence standards.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Maximum 1–2 years of relevant experience
Availability to work on a temporary contract (1 year)

Önskade kvalifikationer

Proficiency in English and Hungarian (Written & Spoken)
Experience in Oracle ERP System is an advantage
AP experience in a manufacturing or financial shared services environment at a multinational company is a plus.
