Lead and develop the Coordination Team across Oceania to ensure operational excellence and outstanding customer experiences. This role involves overseeing the planning and coordination of service delivery, driving process improvements, and collaborating with other operational leaders.

Ansvarsområden

Lead, develop, and inspire the Coordination Team to achieve operational excellence and deliver superior customer experiences.
Oversee and optimize the planning, scheduling, and coordination of Field Service and Service Centre activities across Oceania.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of service requests, resource allocation, and communication with customers.
Drive standardization and best practices in coordination processes.
Lead and participate in transformational initiatives, digitization projects, and process improvements.
Collaborate closely with all Operations managers to ensure seamless service delivery and operational alignment.
Provide hands-on operational support to coordinators when required.
Step in during peak periods, complex situations, or when additional expertise is needed.

Krav

Proven leadership experience in industrial services, maintenance, manufacturing operations.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive a customer-first culture and operational excellence.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with industrial process improvement and coordination of Field Service Engineers across Oceania.
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights.
