Electrolux Group is seeking a Quality Leader in Sharkia, Egypt, to manage quality staff engaged in process and final inspection activities. The role involves providing technical expertise, ensuring product specifications are met, analyzing data with statistical tools, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics preferred) and over 7 years of experience are required.

Ansvarsområden

Manage and lead quality staff engaged in process and final inspection activities.
Provide technical expertise and instruction to subordinates.
Evaluate team performance and identify training needs.
Ensure products meet specifications and necessary measuring equipment is available.
Analyze product data using statistical tools.
Discuss product defects daily with production management to prevent recurrence.
Issue inspection documents (work instructions, inspection instructions).
Supervise all inspection activities.
Monitor final products returned from customers and after-sales service.
Establish action plans to improve final product and customer returns KPIs.
Implement requirements of quality management system ISO 9001-2008.
Ensure calibration of testing equipment and tools.
Generate ideas for continuous improvement to minimize processing or inspection costs.

Krav

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics preferred).
7+ years of experience in quality, preferably industrial quality.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
