Ansvarsområden
- Partner with operational teams and management to drive performance and support business objectives.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
- Support target setting and monitor business performance against agreed objectives.
- Identify risks and opportunities and proactively recommend actions.
- Develop business cases, investment evaluations, and scenario analyses.
- Provide clear financial insights to support decision-making across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help optimize financial processes.
- Collaborate closely with local and global finance teams, accounting, and operational stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of a newly established manufacturing organization and its financial processes.
Krav
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in controlling, finance, or business control.
- Experience with SAP (R3/S4).
- Good knowledge of controlling and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive mindset, high integrity, and the courage to challenge and improve existing ways of working.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain a holistic business perspective.
- Strong drive, engagement, and ambition to contribute to the success of a growing organization.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with numbers.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights.
