As a Business Process Project Manager within Microsoft's Frontier Company in Belgium, you will lead AI-driven business transformations for global enterprises. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on delivering measurable outcomes through technologies like Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Azure AI, requiring extensive project management experience and strong stakeholder management.

Ansvarsområden

Lead engagement delivery under a formal Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure predictable execution, driving measurable business outcomes, customer value, and delivery excellence on time and within budget.
Manage difficult situations, facilitate conflict resolution, and drive communications with Microsoft and customer leadership teams.
Ensure responsible AI considerations are built into overall project governance.
Bring a good understanding of how Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure AI services, and Microsoft Azure support an organization’s digital transformation.
Facilitate the successful deployment of complex ERP, CRM, automation, and AI-enabled solutions across multiple business teams and physical locations.
Identify, pursue, and close strategic business development opportunities while continually driving add-on business within existing accounts.
Foster executive-level relationships and translate business needs into technology and AI-enabled solution outcomes that can be formulated in contracts and/or statements of work.
Orchestrate Microsoft architects, consultants, offshore resources, partners, and specialists across functional, technical, data, security, and AI disciplines.
Manage the complete lifecycle of large and complex projects.
Demonstrate passion for customers through professionalism and excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.

Krav

Extensive years hands-on project management experience with large-scale enterprise, global ERP, CRM, automation, or AI-enabled business process solutions (such as Dynamics, Power Platform, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.com, or similar) in multiple industries.
Hands-on experience with customer engagement solutions and / or ERP solutions (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or comparable enterprise platforms).
Agile project delivery experience.
Strong inbound and outbound, executive and senior stakeholder management, with proven risk, scope, planning, and communication management and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
Excellent proficiency in English and French.
Valid work permit and residency in Belgium.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with Public Sector
Proficiency in Dutch
AI-enabled delivery experience or a demonstrated ability to leverage AI in project delivery, paired with a strong learning mindset.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 AI capabilities, or Azure AI services.
Experience gained in a software vendor or comparable transformation/consulting environment.
PMI PMP certification or equivalent certification
