We are seeking an experienced SAP MM/WM Consultant (L2) to provide functional support for Reckitt's global supply chain operations in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The role involves incident resolution, service requests, and continuous process improvement for procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

Ansvarsområden

Provide L2 support for SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) processes.
Investigate and resolve incidents related to procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.
Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and material/vendor master issues.
Assist users with goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and inventory management.
Manage warehouse structure, storage types, transfer orders, and picking/putaway strategies.
Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request activities within SLA commitments.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and support functional testing.
Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Security, Integration) for issue resolution.
Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operating procedures.
Identify opportunities for process efficiency and participate in automation initiatives.

Krav

4-7 years of SAP MM/WM experience.
Minimum 2 years supporting global SAP production environments.
Experience supporting procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes.
Experience working within AMS or application support environments.
Mandatory skills: SAP MM, SAP WM, Incident & Problem Management, Functional Troubleshooting, Testing & Defect Resolution, Process Documentation.
Working knowledge of integrations between MM/WM and SAP SD/LE, SAP PP/QM, SAP FICO, SAP MDG, SAP Ariba, Kinaxis Supply Chain Planning, and 3PL Interfaces.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Exposure to FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, or supply chain operations preferred.
Experience participating in transition, KT, and hypercare activities preferred.
Preferred technical skills: SAP Ariba, SAP Fiori, ServiceNow, IDoc Monitoring, Integration Troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Customer-focused service mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work in a global support model.
