We are seeking a Consultant-Domain with solid working knowledge of UKG/Kronos (WFM, Time & Attendance) for our Hyderabad, Telangana location. The role involves creating Pay policies, Accrual Policies, and configuring Employee Self-service, business structures, and devices. Strong debugging, problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills are essential.

Krav

Solid working knowledge of UKG/Kronos (WFM, Time & Attendance).
Strong hands-on experience in creating Pay policies, Accrual Polices and Employee Self-service (GTOR).
Hands-on creating Business structure, org structure, and Display and FAP's.
Strong hands-on experience in configuring devices/clocks.
Strong reports and data view knowledge and experience.
Strong debugging and problem solving skills.
Good understanding and knowledge about the Boomi integrations.
Good communication and documentation skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Good to have Attestation and Attendance configuration/implementation experience.
Good to have advance scheduling experience.
