Ansvarsområden
- Monitor approved project budgets and oversee project controls, identifying risks and recommending adjustments.
- Facilitate campus and metro-based construction project delivery through timely, data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of updated processes, improving cost savings, cycle time, and operational efficiency.
- Review engineering documentation, designs, and site plans, identifying gaps and risks.
- Represent Microsoft as a safety advocate, establishing risk mitigation metrics and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Oversee procurement and resourcing activities, evaluate staffing and material needs, and monitor vendor performance.
- Assist in tracking and reporting project progress across scope, schedule, standards, and budget for executive audiences.
Krav
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.
- 12+ years experience working on data center projects.

- Full-Time employment type.
- Base pay range of USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year.
