Ansvarsområden
- Coordinate and ensure quality in end-to-end compensation and benefits deliveries.
- Review and globally align processes within the area of responsibility.
- Drive continuous process improvement and onboarding within the unit.
- Support colleagues in salary structure & reviews, data & analytics, benchmarks, benefits, and Workforce processes (onboarding, transfers, exits).

- Team player with strong analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Structured, diligent, and independent professional.
- Excellent process coordination and communication skills.
- Experience working with continuous improvements and change management initiatives.
- Problem solver with high interest in new ways of working.
- Fluent in English.

- Previous experience working with variable remuneration, compensation, or finance area would be an advantage.
