- Support colleagues in salary structure & reviews, data & analytics, benchmarks, benefits, and Workforce processes (onboarding, transfers, exits).
Requirements
- Team player with strong analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Structured, diligent, and independent professional.
- Excellent process coordination and communication skills.
- Experience working with continuous improvements and change management initiatives.
- Problem solver with high interest in new ways of working.
- Fluent in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with variable remuneration, compensation, or finance area would be an advantage.
