Moderate Forum threads and Social Media channels for community guidelines adherence.
Troubleshoot seller issues using internal documentation and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate case annotations and closure codes.
Support community engagement initiatives and identify recurring seller pain points.
Participate in knowledge sharing and team meetings.
Leverage AI-assisted response tools and validate outputs.

Krav

1+ years of sales experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience troubleshooting issues using documentation and knowledge bases
Experience in written and spoken English
Ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses
Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies including AI-assisted tools
