I korthet

As a Community Development Manager in Sweden, you will drive business value by accelerating technical infrastructure delivery and growth, focusing on community development and engagement. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, government officials, and community leaders to achieve measurable social impact and support Google’s infrastructure growth.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead global data center community development strategies, investments, and impact for Sweden.
  • Engage with key opinion formers, community groups, municipal leaders, industry partners, economic development organizations, schools, education institutions, and non-profits.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and peers to develop strategies to scale sub-regional community affairs coverage in emerging markets.
  • Develop communication tools and processes to educate local communities about the role and impact of our data centers.
  • Create locally focused investment plans that are self-sustaining.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience working with local municipalities, associations, non-profit leaders, education institutions, and community members.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time as required.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Education, Public Relations/Policy, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience using analytics to make decisions.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: data centers, utilities, government, advanced manufacturing.
  • Experience developing and launching local, state, national or global public-private partnerships.
  • Ability to grow in a fluid multinational environment working across multiple lines of business.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Swedish fluently to support the client management in this market.
