Responsibilities
- Lead global data center community development strategies, investments, and impact for Sweden.
- Engage with key opinion formers, community groups, municipal leaders, industry partners, economic development organizations, schools, education institutions, and non-profits.
- Collaborate with team leaders and peers to develop strategies to scale sub-regional community affairs coverage in emerging markets.
- Develop communication tools and processes to educate local communities about the role and impact of our data centers.
- Create locally focused investment plans that are self-sustaining.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working with local municipalities, associations, non-profit leaders, education institutions, and community members.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time as required.
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in Education, Public Relations/Policy, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience using analytics to make decisions.
- Experience in one or more of the following: data centers, utilities, government, advanced manufacturing.
- Experience developing and launching local, state, national or global public-private partnerships.
- Ability to grow in a fluid multinational environment working across multiple lines of business.
- Ability to communicate in English and Swedish fluently to support the client management in this market.
