Ansvarsområden
- Support customer site preparation for installation and commissioning of processing equipment.
- Collaborate with Project Manager on materials for plant start-up, handover, and commissioning.
- Start up membrane filtration equipment to ensure smooth operation and performance.
- Conduct commissioning and troubleshooting at customer sites, providing detailed reports.
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and I/O testing.
- Train customer operators on equipment operation and oversight.
- Provide occasional support to internal teams, including sales, claims, product improvement, and audits.
- Ensure equipment operates to specification and capacity, making mechanical adjustments as needed.
- Adhere to strict safety standards and food safety requirements.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Experience in the dairy or food industry is a plus.
- Basic understanding of PLC programming, ideally Siemens or Allen Bradley.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites in the U.S. and Canada.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with FactoryTalk View SE HMI development is preferred.
- Familiarity with Virtual Machines and VMware is a plus.
- Strong background in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in the food industry with a working knowledge of fluid dynamics and heat transfer is a plus.
- A collaborative team player with a strong ability to work across departments and functions.

- Annual Base Salary Range: $72,500 USD - $113,800 USD
