Emerson is seeking a Collections Specialist II in Mandaluyong, Philippines. This hybrid role involves managing an assigned portfolio, collecting payments, and identifying/logging customer disputes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in finance and 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.

Ansvarsområden

Manage assigned portfolio which includes varying account types such as strategic accounts, trading partners, intercompany and end customers.
Review open/active accounts for collection efforts.
Prepare and communicate monthly Statement of Accounts to all assigned customers.
Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates which would include pre-due date reminder calls/emails and follow-up on aging balances.
Identify, validate and log customer disputes to initiate resolution and escalation.
Perform initial investigation and communicate findings with the proper owners/resolvers.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in any finance field.
2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service, Finance Operations.
Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
