Electrolux Group is hiring a Collection Specialist for their UK Team in Krakow, Poland. This full-time, permanent role involves contacting customers about overdue accounts, monitoring accounts, preparing reports, and maintaining professional relationships. The ideal candidate has a university degree in Finance/Accounting, previous collection experience, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Ansvarsområden

Perform collection process for assigned entity by contacting customers regarding overdue accounts and determining reasons for non-payments.
Deliver a high level of customer service.
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue accounts.
Evaluate customer account and payment history.
Participate in the resolution of unclear payments.
Prepare periodical and upon request reports.
Prepare and update process documentation.
Support Credit Analyst activities, if needed.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with various Business Units, Sales, Key Individuals and Customers.
Contribute to Electrolux Group and Sector goals (i.e., Sales, DSO, EBIT, NOWC).

Krav

University Degree in Finance/Accounting or any related field.
Previous experience in Collection.
Very good level of English (C1), both verbal and written.
Very good verbal and written communication skills with ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
Working knowledge of MS Office, very good Excel skills.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in reviewing and interpreting financial reports and data.
Strong customer service skills with a proactive and result-driven approach.
Ability to multi-task under pressure.
Detail-oriented with an eye for continual process improvement.
Availability to work between 9:30-17:30 Monday-Thursday, 8:40-16:40 Friday.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of Credit Management process will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of accounting policies and principles, activities and processes, awareness of internal and external business environment.
SAP is nice to have but not mandatory.
