Ansvarsområden

Perform collection process for Sweden entity: contacting customers regarding overdue accounts and determining reasons for non-payments.
Analyze the situation in customer accounts.
Follow up on overdue accounts, participate in resolution of unclear payments.
Evaluate customer accounts and payment history.
Support other team members in achieving team and individual goals.
Elaborate of reports (periodical and upon request).
Regularly communicate with manager.
Prepare and update process documentation and desktop procedures.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with various Business Units, Credit Analysts, Sales, Key Individuals and Customers.
Deliver high level of customer service.

Krav

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or a similar role.
Fluent Swedish (written and spoken) and good command of English.
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
Strong customer focus and communication skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Organized, detail-oriented and proactive approach.
Ownership mindset and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and reports.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information.
