Keep co-workers informed, engaged, and connected.

Krav

Solid internal communications experience, leading work from strategy to execution.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise, influence and push back.
Sound understanding of IKEA’s vision, values and culture.
A hands-on mindset and willingness to create, edit and deliver most of the work.
Competencies to use AI and other digital tools to bring comms plans to life.
Excellent English writing and editing skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Senior, hands-on role for an experienced internal communications professional.
Primarily looking for candidates already based in the Öresund region.
Work from the office at least 3 days per week.
One permanent position and one temporary position (approx. 7 months).
