Ansvarsområden
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.
- Assist sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs.
- Prepare detailed product specifications for customer applications/solutions.
- Support digital transformation projects and advanced technology trainings.
- Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and sharing feedback on technical capabilities.
- Participate in architecture design discussions and technical optimization.
- Ensure customer environments and applications are well-architected.
Krav
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Qatari nationality.
- Legally authorized to work in Qatar (citizenship, visa, or work permit).
- Fluency in English.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Passion for technology and customer obsession.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g. Azure) is preferred but not required.
- Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci) is preferred but not required.
