Nous recherchons un stagiaire curieux et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe L1 à Ottawa. Vous travaillerez sur la conception et le développement de composants logiciels pour les produits 5G et 6G, en vous concentrant sur les environnements natifs cloud et le matériel COTS. Ansvarsområden

Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and maintain software components critical to 5G and 6G products.
Contribute to the enhancement of existing features and development of new ones, with a focus on optimizing scalability, performance, and reliability within Cloud Native Platform environments.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities to uphold software standards.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of software issues to maintain smooth product operation.
Explore cloud-native platforms and learn how to optimize software for cloud and COTS hardware environments.
Apply AI/ML tools and techniques to accelerate development, improve performance, and explore intelligent automation opportunities.
Engage in an agile development process and build the ability to deliver quality work within project timelines.
Stay curious, keep up with industry trends, and bring fresh perspectives to the team.

Krav

A Bachelor's or Master's degree (in progress or completed) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Systems, AI/ML, or a related field.
Experience or strong interest in software design, with a desire to grow expertise in the field.
Demonstrated ability in embedded software design and solid proficiency in C/C++.
Some experience with cloud development.
Familiarity with Linux.
Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker.
An understanding of cloud platforms, including deploying and optimizing software in cloud environments.
An interest in how AI and machine learning are shaping the future of software development and wireless systems; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
Comfort collaborating in a diverse, international, multi-site team — sharing ideas openly and approaching challenges constructively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment, adapt to change, and take ownership of work.
A proactive mindset toward driving innovation and continuous improvement in software development practices.
