Are you curious about infrastructure and ready to solve challenges in the AI era? Microsoft is looking for a Cloud & AI Solution Engineer focusing on the Azure Platform. In this technical presales role, you will help enterprise and commercial customers design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures using Azure's IaaS and PaaS services, guiding them through migration, modernization, and optimization to achieve significant business outcomes. You will collaborate across teams, drive technical wins, and build trusted relationships with customers to win technical decisions and build a successful business.

Ansvarsområden

Achieve technical wins across the portfolio of Azure cloud services you're accountable for.
Lead the technical journey for Azure migration with customers, using Microsoft processes, tools, demos, programs and partners.
Drive technical sales using demos, proofs of concept and architecture accelerators to shape solution design and enable deployments.
Lead architecture sessions and technical workshops to speed up Azure adoption.
Build strategy by turning the agreed customer vision into a clear plan.
Address concerns, prevent and remove technical blockers, validate a strong business case for investment, and explain technical complexity in terms of business impact.
Work with the customer, account team and partners to build and manage an implementation roadmap.
Build trusted relationships with customer platform leads to co-design secure, scalable solutions.
Resolve technical blockers by working with engineering teams and sharing customer insights.
Scale through partners by acting as the liaison between partners and the account team.
Identify and support new pipeline opportunities within customer engagements.
Maintain deep expertise in cloud migration (Windows, SQL, Linux, PostgreSQL and application workloads), resiliency, security and compliance.
Continue building knowledge of enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle) and Azure VMware Solution (AVS).
Represent Microsoft in customer forums and technical communities through thought leadership.

Krav

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
6+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
