Electrolux is looking for a Clamp Operator for the 1st shift in Fairburn, GA. The role involves operating clamp equipment to manage product flow, including off-loading, receiving, storing, and loading trailers, while maintaining accurate inventory. A high school diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience, including specific clamp operation, are required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Operate clamp equipment to transport products safely and efficiently.
  • Off-load and load trailers/railcars with correct product according to customer requirements.
  • Ensure proper storage of products and accurately complete inventory transactions.
  • Sort, pack, wrap, strap, and label products as per customer requirements and company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean work area and equipment, following safety procedures.
  • Report equipment breakdowns and recommend repairs; perform daily inspections.
  • Follow production schedules and record material movement information.
  • Execute customer order filling process efficiently and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to RDC KPIs: Safety, Units shipped, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and scrap.

Krav

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in forklift operation and distribution warehouse activities.
  • Clamp operation experience is required.
  • Complete knowledge of warehousing, shipping, and inventory control policies and procedures.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Ability to team lift packages greater than 35 lbs but less than 71 lbs.
  • Ability to handle repetitive twisting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, and bending.
  • Ability to spend long periods of time on feet.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
