Amazon is seeking Team Leads for its transportation team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role involves managing operations for a new delivery channel, leading and mentoring a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs), and ensuring they meet activation and performance targets while upholding Amazon's delivery standards. Requires 1+ years of experience in customer-facing environments, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model.
  • Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence.
  • Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
  • Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans.
  • Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality.
  • Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability.

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Excel.

  • Bachelor's degree.
