Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model.
- Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence.
- Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
- Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans.
- Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality.
- Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Excel.
