Seeking a Channel Manager for hypermarkets in Casablanca, Morocco. This role involves leading a sales team to achieve sales targets, developing sales strategies, and managing P&L. Requires a minimum bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.

Ansvarsområden

Lead modern trade sales team to achieve company’s sell-in and sell-out targets.
Develop strategy and implementation plan to achieve company’s goal.
Manage, supervise, and support team on sales execution, P&L management, and sales driving financial plan.
Ensure sales targets are attained each month.
Manage, train and motivate the whole sales force.
Key account management: regular visits, maintaining good relations, negotiation.
Develop sales plan, promotion plan, merchandising plan and translate into action plan.
Ensure distribution covers all the target market.
Sales forecasting and business & activity planning, product list-in and expand distribution.
Utilize data to develop strategy and action plan to improve sales.

Krav

Minimum bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferable).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably gained household appliances or from FMCG and/or appliance industry.
3 years of which is in a managerial level with team to manage.
Good command in English.
Computer literacy (MS. Office, SAP is a plus).
