As a Certification Engineer in Södertälje, you will be crucial for ensuring product compliance and type approval for the Chinese market. This role involves legal and regulatory analysis, coordinating technical documentation, and collaborating with international teams and local distributors to facilitate successful market introductions of vehicles.

Ansvarsområden

Conduct legal and regulatory analysis within projects to ensure compliance with Chinese regulations.
Collect and coordinate data, drawings, and documentation for Chinese certification activities.
Plan national certification inspections and tests.
Support the Chinese market with product information and technical details for national type approvals.
Provide support and troubleshooting for systems used in type approval activities.
Collaborate with certification engineers, designers, test engineers, and other stakeholders.
Work closely with the certification team in China and the local distributor.
Continuously improve certification processes and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Krav

Experience in certification, regulatory compliance, type approval, engineering, or a related technical field.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Ability to understand and work with technical product information, data, and drawings.
Capability to work with regulatory requirements and support compliance-related activities.
Strong ability to coordinate activities and information across stakeholders and functions.
Comfortable working within a broad international, multicultural, and cross-functional network.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
