Ansvarsområden

Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites via outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
Liaise between field executives/sellers and internal/external agencies for efficient and timely execution of operations.
Train and direct sellers on the execution and adherence of norms and practices.
Devise and deploy SOPs, analyze data, and propose features and processes to improve Seller experience.
Manage daily metrics monitoring, trigger field support and audits, and handle stakeholder management.

Krav

Proficiency in German.
A larger picture of customer experience in mind.
High willingness to take ownership.
Skills in identifying patterns and disruptions in data.
Ability to scrutinize details and foresee data implications.
1+ years of professional work experience or 1+ years of Amazon experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with automation and any version control tools.
Experience in SQL Server/MySQL.
