Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and oversee content audits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency according to SOPs.
  • Exercise judgment and make decisions on content audits, even with ambiguous information.
  • Approve or disapprove audit entries with well-reasoned explanations.
  • Communicate audit results and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Create high-quality textual content for Amazon products to enhance customer e-commerce experience.
  • Develop and curate prompts/instructions to improve system output quality.
  • Analyze system-generated outputs and use feedback loops to fine-tune instructions.
  • Validate and enrich catalog data using various sources.
  • Browse the Amazon site and use search techniques to locate products.
  • Analyze data to identify emerging trends and patterns for strategic decision-making.
  • Produce executive metrics and recommend process and systems improvements.
  • Demonstrate mastery of Seller Support operations and tools.
  • Scope and recommend new improvements in audit activities.
  • Serve as a technical resource and mentor for other associates.
  • Handle sensitive issues related to adult content, religious topics, weapons, etc.

Krav

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • 1+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Datazen, SSRS.
  • Experience in back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environments.
