- Create high-quality textual content for Amazon products to enhance customer e-commerce experience.
- Develop and curate prompts/instructions to improve system output quality.
- Analyze system-generated outputs and use feedback loops to fine-tune instructions.
- Validate and enrich catalog data using various sources.
- Browse the Amazon site and use search techniques to locate products.
- Analyze data to identify emerging trends and patterns for strategic decision-making.
- Produce executive metrics and recommend process and systems improvements.
- Demonstrate mastery of Seller Support operations and tools.
- Scope and recommend new improvements in audit activities.
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor for other associates.
- Handle sensitive issues related to adult content, religious topics, weapons, etc.
Requirements
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- 1+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data to influence business decisions.
- Strong qualitative research skills.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills.

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts.
