Amazon Home Services is seeking a Catalog Specialist I, VAS in Karnataka, India. This role involves collaborating with service providers, customer service, and operations teams to identify and resolve service fulfillment gaps. Ansvarsområden

  • Work closely with Service Providers, Customer Service team, Customer outbound process, Service category team and Operations to identify gaps in fulfillment and work to alleviate acute/short-term issues.
  • Partner with program and product management team to identify long-term fulfillment features and programs to improve customer experience.
  • Under general supervision, follow pre-defined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform tasks with high levels of accuracy and productivity.
  • Interact and coordinate with customers, gather and present customer feedback.
  • Ensure Amazon remains competitive, wide selection and good product information.
  • Solve challenging operational goals.
  • Maintain records of work and track business workflow.
  • Escalate deviations.
  • Report audit results and communicate them to others within the organization.
  • Analyze data and identify new trends/patterns.
  • Identify generic patterns in cx escalations and translate them into guidelines and SOPs.
  • Provide feedback to streamline existing processes to help the team achieve more consistent results with high quality.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level

Förmåner

  • Open to working on Saturday & Sunday, with any other 2 days of the week as off.
