I korthet

As a Retail Carts Co-worker at IKEA in Tampa, Florida, you will ensure an enjoyable shopping experience by providing efficient cart services, maintaining store tools, and addressing customer needs. This part-time role involves supporting various customer service areas and contributing to a positive and inclusive IKEA culture.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services.
  • Keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard.
  • Ensure all physical shopping tools (carts, pencils, maps, twine) are adequately stocked and maintained.
  • Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues, and remove unsafe tools.
  • Address customer needs and resolve issues independently, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect.
  • Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality.

Krav

  • Must be able to work nights & weekends.
  • The hourly rate for this role is $17.50.

  • Experience in customer service is implied.
  • Ability to work in a retail environment.
