Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services.
- Keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard.
- Ensure all physical shopping tools (carts, pencils, maps, twine) are adequately stocked and maintained.
- Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues, and remove unsafe tools.
- Address customer needs and resolve issues independently, escalating to management when necessary.
- Support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect.
- Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality.
Requirements
- Must be able to work nights & weekends.
- The hourly rate for this role is $17.50.
