I korthet

As a Retail Carts Co-worker at IKEA in Emeryville, California, you will ensure an enjoyable shopping experience by providing efficient car loading/unloading services, maintaining store tools, and addressing customer needs. This part-time role involves supporting various customer service areas and upholding IKEA's inclusive culture.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean.
  • Ensure physical shopping tools (carts, pencils, bags, maps, twine) are adequately stocked and maintained.
  • Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues, and remove unsafe items.
  • Address customer needs, resolve issues independently, and escalate to a manager when needed.
  • Support in other customer service areas like Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect.
  • Contribute to an environment where IKEA's culture embraces diversity.

Krav

  • Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently.
  • Working outdoors 50% of the time.
