Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean.
- Ensure physical shopping tools (carts, pencils, bags, maps, twine) are adequately stocked and maintained.
- Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report IT issues, and remove unsafe items.
- Address customer needs, resolve issues independently, and escalate to a manager when needed.
- Support in other customer service areas like Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect.
- Contribute to an environment where IKEA's culture embraces diversity.
Requirements
- Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently.
- Working outdoors 50% of the time.

- Requires open availability Monday through Sunday.
