As a Campus-Beginner in the Integrated Command Centre, you will monitor and manage operational activities to ensure smooth business operations and timely incident resolution. This role involves coordinating with teams, escalating critical incidents, and preparing operational reports.

Ansvarsområden

  • Monitor operational dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics in real time.
  • Identify, log, and track incidents, outages, and service disruptions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
  • Escalate critical incidents according to defined procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Maintain incident records, shift handover notes, and audit documentation.

Krav

  • Ability to monitor operational dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics.
  • Skills in identifying, logging, and tracking incidents.
  • Coordination with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of incident escalation procedures.
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
  • Proficiency in preparing operational reports.
  • Experience maintaining incident records and documentation.
