Responsibilities
- Monitor operational dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics in real time.
- Identify, log, and track incidents, outages, and service disruptions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Escalate critical incidents according to defined procedures.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain incident records, shift handover notes, and audit documentation.
Requirements
- Ability to monitor operational dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics.
- Skills in identifying, logging, and tracking incidents.
- Coordination with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Knowledge of incident escalation procedures.
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
- Proficiency in preparing operational reports.
- Experience maintaining incident records and documentation.
