Securitas Technology is seeking a Buyer / Purchasing Administrator in Dublin, Ireland. This role supports the purchasing function by placing purchase orders, maintaining availability systems, and communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and business continuity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing and administrative roles and knowledge of ERP systems.

Ansvarsområden

Create purchase orders and expedite suppliers to ensure timely receipt of goods and smooth invoice matching.
Maintain supplier and purchasing records, including lead times, pricing, and material availability.
Support stores and purchasing activities to meet operational requirements.
Communicate with internal customers regarding delivery schedules and material availability to achieve service performance targets.
Complete day-to-day administrative tasks supporting supply chain and purchasing operations.

Krav

Minimum 5 years' experience in purchasing and administrative roles.
Good working knowledge of stock control and purchasing processes within ERP systems.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
Level 8 IIPMM Or APICS, or similar professional college education with a strong emphasis on purchasing.
