Ansvarsområden

Manage and streamline daily banking processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions within deadlines.
Take ownership of daily banking processes and solve operational challenges.
Actively identify opportunities to improve processes and explore more efficient ways of working.
Contribute to delivering over 500 million transactions annually.

Krav

Experience in process-oriented administration, ideally gained over several years. If early in career, strong motivation and willingness to work with these processes.
A structured way of working, with strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
A responsible approach to tasks and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in communicating with clients.
A self-driven, positive and open-minded attitude, with curiosity and an eagerness to take on new challenges.
Strong motivation to drive continuous improvements, solve problems and explore more efficient ways of working.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in banking operations or working with financial products is considered an advantage.
Experience in communicating with clients is considered an advantage.
Knowledge or experience of Intelligent Automation, modern automation tools and AI literacy is also considered an advantage.
