  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives for new client acquisition and existing customer expansion in the South American Food & Beverage market.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments to tailor product solutions.
  • Lead sales presentations, technical demonstrations, and product training sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, customer support).
  • Design and implement medium-to-long-term sales strategies to defend, grow, and diversify accounts.
  • Utilize technical knowledge of Industrial Flow systems for client integration.
  • Maintain market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
  • Foster long-term partnerships and position the company as a preferred provider.

Krav

  • Proven success in sales leadership roles within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Ability to drive significant business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics, customer challenges, and operational frameworks relevant to Food Engineering and Technology sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or related discipline preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
