MCAPS-Core (Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions) is seeking a Business Program Manager to deliver over 200 customer executive briefings, manage complex cross-functional programs, and design scalable business solutions aligned with Microsoft's Go-to-Market priorities. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience, with preferred qualifications in AI, cloud computing, and executive communication.

Ansvarsområden

Deliver 200+ Customer Executive Briefings aligning to Microsoft's Go to Market Priorities that support Sales Revenue.
Manage complex programs and cross-functional execution, establishing governance, objectives, timelines, resources, and success criteria.
Design scalable, secure, and innovative business solutions, shaping program strategy and roadmap, and solving complex business challenges.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
6+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.

Experience leveraging customer insights, business intelligence, and continuous innovation to elevate executive engagement programs, improve customer experiences, and demonstrate measurable business impact.

Förmåner

USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year (US national range).
USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area range).
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
