Transcom is seeking a Business Manager in Alicante, Spain, to lead strategy and cultivate key client relationships. Krav

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service and contact center support
  • 2+ years of experience in leading complex teams
  • Experienced in BPO/contact centres
  • Demonstrate leadership and management skills
  • Are “hands on” with a “doer” approach
  • Able to keep calm, work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Take ownership
  • Communicate well at all levels
  • Are analytical and a problem solver
  • Can work in a team and independently
  • English at C1 level and Spanish at B1
  • Either Dutch or German language skills would be a real bonus
