ISRA Vision, part of Atlas Copco, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Sales to lead MVS strategy and manage sales teams. This hybrid role based in Auburn Hills or Plymouth, MI, requires experience in manufacturing, people management, and a bachelor's degree, with a focus on driving profitable growth and customer satisfaction.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and execute the MVS strategy in partnership with the Business Line Manager.
  • Create and lead initiatives to improve MVS strategy execution and personnel development.
  • Directly supervise KAMs, focusing on coaching and mentoring.
  • Lead plant coverage strategy using Strategic Partnership Selling (SPS).
  • Establish leadership, management style, and culture to maximize employee satisfaction.
  • Understand P&L and balance sheet to optimize financial results.
  • Travel regularly to US/Canada to assist KAMs in development and strategy execution.
  • Act as an additional resource for segment coverage, project acquisition, and customer satisfaction.

Krav

  • 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of experience managing people in a direct capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree required (business related degree preferred).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with Strategic Partnership Selling (SPS).
  • Understanding of P&L and balance sheet.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and "jump in as needed".
