Amazon Out of Country (OOC) team seeks a Business Development Associate to drive growth by launching and expanding international brands on Amazon India. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and brand partners to deliver a best-in-class experience, analyze market trends, and manage the entire launch process for new brands entering the Indian market.

Ansvarsområden

  • Identify and engage with potential international brands for Amazon India's growth strategy.
  • Conduct deep dives into international market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop business cases and strategies to convince international brands to enter the Indian market via Amazon.
  • Negotiate deals and facilitate entry for international brands with senior executives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set priorities and develop launch plans.
  • Manage the entire launch process from outreach to post-launch performance monitoring.
  • Review and monitor performance and sales of launched international brands, providing strategic guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international brand partners.
  • Stay informed about country-specific regulatory changes, import policies, and trade agreements.

Krav

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working across multiple complex functions
  • Capable of influencing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Adept at analyzing market trends, consumer behaviour, and sales data
  • Proficiency in a foreign language is highly desirable.
